We had a great stay in this hotel located in the heart of the city. The hotel facilities were clean and had everything we needed. The location was amazing, right in the center of town and next to the transportation hub, making it easy to go to nearby cities. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was super friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Best aspects: cleanliness, transportation, location, staff.

This hotel has a prime location, being situated near the metro, shopping center, and the main avenue. it is close to the train station and the Hermitage area. The staff provides great service and the rooms are comfortable and cozy. The breakfast is a standout feature, offering a variety of tasty options. the Wi-Fi connection is strong and stable.

The cleanliness of some parts of the hotel needs improvement.

Great Hotel! Best location - directly on main road in St.Petersburg. Excellent staff - very helpful and friendly. Silent and comfortable room in very nice new design. Perfect wifi connection in the room for free. Rich breackfast.

Well-located hotel with easy access to city attractions and party scene. Iron and ironing board were offered in the room which made getting ready a lot easier. It was nice to have a good shower available after a long day of exploring.

The hotel lobby was difficult to find and not very welcoming. The hotel and rooms themselves had a dated look, with cold and cheap flooring.

Very nice room/suite, not sure if all basic rooms are like that of if I got upgraded, but I had separate bedroom and living-room. Nice bathroom with SPA bath tub.

Nothing bad to say, service is perfect, hotell stuff is very friendly. They offer homemade cranberry liqueur, very nice, must try!

Hard to find if you walk on the same side where hotel is located because there are no any sign which you can spot from far distance. Stairway is a challenge as well. Only that.

Expensive but poor about breakfast,room size and TV are small also lobby.

Great value, outstanding service, and perfect location. The hotel staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast was adequate with a good variety of options. The hotel's location was convenient for my business trip, just a short walk from the train station and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops.

The only negative aspect was the lack of a washer in the room, which I had expected. However, the hotel offered a laundry service free of charge and the staff was very accommodating when I had to switch rooms.

The staff was simply amazing — warm, friendly and very helpful. At one point they intervened to help make sure we were able to attend the ballet even though our tickets were lost. Typical of their dedication. Wonderful small hotel.
